i'm new on this interface and i would like to know if there is some manual or guides to understand the interface

hi, i did some simple websites in the past, and this is the first time i'm using thumbtable, this is differents from what i used and i have trouble understanding it, so if someone have some ressources that i can use such as manual or similar system which has a manual that would be helpful!
